Social worker Shannon McLure allows herself one night of disguised uninhibited sex every year at Halloween. No emotions, just sex. Some trick on Shannon…Roman really is a vampire, one who only rises on Halloween to feed and imbibe in as much sex as he can squeeze into one night. As each century passes though, a restless yearning for something more fills him. When he meets Shannon, Roman recognizes the one woman he wants to spend eternity with…literally. Shannon is his treat.

Shannon thinks she has nothing to offer a man but mindless sex. Roman discovers that she really has too much to offer; she is a woman who would give the right man her whole heart. He also discovers that he loves her too much to take her into his world. So he walks away.

Quite a dilemma.

A deliciously graphic romp through sex and the sensual exploration of a man who wants a woman’s heart and a woman who thinks she only wants a man’s body. Erin Aislinn uses words to create mind images as real as the actual thing. Her descriptions leave the reader hot, needy, satisfied, and aroused. Her plot curves with twists that pull the reader along. She builds the tension, desire, passion and makes the reader feel it all. A wonderful read, but don’t wait until Halloween. By then you will have missed quite a treat!
